What we built

A hotel-side PMS tailored to mid-sized properties, with an AI integration layer that connects an ElevenLabs voice agent to secure business tools for reception and guest workflows — without exposing the core PMS directly.

Outcome

Operators get a practical system of record for hotel-side work, plus a voice agent path for booking and reception that respects hotel policy and audit requirements.
